This will make the data of religious or ideological conviction recognisable. LIVESTREAM CONSENT — I agree that during the 'The Land of the Gurus 2027' organised by Bhakti Marga India, M-52 (Market Block), 3rd Floor, Greater Kailash - 2, New Delhi, 110048, India, audio/visual recordings (including videos) of me as a participant and of myself, my spoken word and any musical, dance or artistic performances may be taken by Bhakti Marga India and Bhakti Event GmbH, Am Geisberg 4, 65321 Heidenrod Springen, Tel: 06124-609-1125, Email: dataprotection@bhaktimarga.org, and archived for the purpose of streaming/music-on-demand/video-on-demand (making available to the public at times and places of the user's choice) and livestreaming (realtime-streaming) on the Bhakti Marga India website and Bhakti Marga website or on the Bhakti Marga India and Bhakti Marga Facebook page, or on the YouTube channel of Bhakti Marga or on other internet based networks, platforms or mobile apps. In particular, I consent to the redesign, publication, distribution and making publicly perceptible (also in extracts) of these audio/visual recordings. My consent is voluntary.

TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

To the extent that artistic performances of mine are included in the audio/video recordings and I am entitled to ancillary copyrights (performance rights) thereto, I transfer these rights without limitation in an exclusive manner, unlimited in time, territory and content to Bhakti Marga India and Bhakti Event GmbH. The transfer of rights includes all kinds of use and exploitation of the performances and the recordings thereof through all distribution channels and in all formats via physical and non-physical uses (online and offline) including publication, broadcasting, duplication, distribution, streaming, making publicly available and perceptible. My consent is voluntary.

I agree that I am participating on a voluntary basis and I will not receive or ever request any payment (including royalties) from Bhakti Marga India and Bhakti Event GmbH for signing this release or as a result of any publication of the materials.

I hereby declare being a major and that I have the full right to make this declaration of consent.
